AMENITIES:
Sutton's Cove was named for "Ole' Man Sutton" who, 100 years ago, fished, trapped and hunted in the cove. He was a legendary hunter and great storyteller, and all loved him. The local people named the cove after him, and the amenities were selected to preserve the lore of the cove while capturing the interest of the whole family.

Integrated into the natural amenities - the mountain views, the meadows, the streams and ponds - are plans for many others such as a pavilion where property owners and their guests can gather for picnics and cookouts, hiking paths through the trees and streams, basketball courts, and a sports field where families and friends can enjoy football, baseball, soccer or kickball. For the wee ones, there will be a lovely play area where the children can swing, climb and build sand castles.
